Recognition Nominee Form

At the TFPD Open House on August 28, 2021, the TFPD Board of Directors and Recognition Committee placed a plaque at the TFPD Main Station to honor individuals—both past and present—who have made a substantial impact on our organization. Going forward, it is our intent to continue to add names to this plaque, with new honorees unveiled annually at future Open House events.

The goal is to recognize individuals who:

• helped establish the organization in its earliest days—our original pioneers;
• have gone above and beyond while serving in leadership or support roles; and
• have generously volunteered time and support to strengthen TFPD in meaningful ways.

Please review the 2021 and 2022 honorees. If you believe someone should be added—especially individuals who played a key role in shaping today’s organization—TFPD welcomes your nomination.
